Inspired by the quiet contemplation of cascades, Swift evokes the fluidity of water moving through stepped deeper paths with intention - Jacqueline
The intersections of Swift provide a quiet moment of pause before moving on, creating an overall tranquil sense of movement - Jacqueline
Reminiscent of architectural diagrams, Pivot alters the rules of geometry by changing 90 degree angles to create playful + unpredictable relationships from one shape to another to create an overall sense of rhythmic flow - Carol
As a printmaker, Carol explored the capabilities of the v-groove process including thick and thin lino cuts, playing with light + shadow for Wave - Carol
The soft, organic, free-flowing lines in Wave were able to be created by the process of hand cutting - Carol
