Jinjuu, meaning ‘Pearl’, located in Hong Kong’s iconic California Tower, provides a unique modern Korean dining experience. Seamlessly merging traditional and contemporary styles of cuisine and design, Jinjuu features a mix of warehouse inspired interiors with industrial metal, colourful Korean culture and our Verona leather throughout the space.
