Description

The iconic Bourbon has been re-invented by Paul Kelly, taking the space to an international level with links to a mixture of Chicago and New York, with the music edge of New Orleans.

The interior of Potts Point restaurant The Bourbon uses quality finishes and detail to present a classic but vibrant space.

Comprising rich walnut tones edged with brass highlights and 1920s Atlantic tones, the interior is accentuated with punches of contemporary lighting amid textured brick columns.
