“Nomad is a cellar door in the city – we’re about bringing the best of Australia’s smaller vineyards to the city and giving them a platform right in the heart of Sydney.”

“The building was built in 1927, so we stripped the space back to its bare bones, and using Australian designed furniture and materials like ash timber, concrete, and steel mesh the fit out came together. We are very happy with the acoustics achieved within the space – it has actually amazed us how many people have commented both directly and through our feedback form on how good it is that they can hear their dining companions!”
