Ecoustic Sculpt™ is an award-winning, acoustic drop-in ceiling tile system available in a range of striking designs, from understated simplicity to dramatic sculptural shapes, for new and existing spaces. The unique patented ceiling tile system achieves a high level of acoustic performance due to its shape, construction and raw materials.

+ Superior Acoustic Performance

The suspended profiles are made from acoustic PET panels and a black acoustic mesh backing to enhance sound absorption, which is ideal for architectural installations where reverberation control is critical to the comfort and amenity of the room. Ecoustic Sculpt™ achieves between NRC 0.65 – 0.95 and αw 0.7 – 0.82, with an airgap. A slim profile Ecoustic® Infill is available to significantly improve the low frequency absorption.

+ Easy + Quick to Assemble + Install

The Ecoustic Sculpt™ system is supplied flat-packed for efficient transportation and is simple and quick to assemble. The lightweight ceiling tiles are easy to install into suspended ceiling grids, and can be easily removed to gain access to building services.

+ Ideal for New + Existing Fitouts

Ideal for new and existing fitouts to maximise sound absorption, Ecoustic Sculpt™ is an acoustic drop-in ceiling tile system designed to be compatible with 15mm and 24mm Exposed Tee suspended ceiling grid systems with a nominal 600 x 600mm and 1200 x 600mm grid.

+ Designed for the Environment

Ecoustic Sculpt™ is low-VOC and Oeko-Tex certified. The Ecoustic Sculpt™ system is designed for disassembly, with all components able to be fixed without the use of glues and adhesives. Ecoustic Sculpt™ is recyclable.

 + Award-Winning + Patent Design

Ecoustic Sculpt™ won the Best New Acoustic Panels and Solutions Gold Award at Neocon in 2018.The unique Ecoustic Sculpt™ ceiling tile system has been awarded Australian Innovation Patent, New Zealand, United States + Patent Co-operation Treaty Patent Pending.

+ Versatile Ceiling Design Feature

Ecoustic Sculpt™ tiles can be assembled in varying orientations to create a large-scale ceiling design feature. The tiles can be installed in an identical linear formation, mirrored to create larger shapes across multiple tiles or in a random orientation. Additionally, alternate 600 x 600 tiles can be rotated 90 degrees to create a checkerboard pattern. Multiple colours can be featured to create added depth and interest.

Classic is an elegant ceiling tile design that features equally-spaced, equal-depth, straight profiles and forms the foundation of the Ecoustic Sculpt™ system. Classic is available in 1200 and 600 tile and 12mm and 24mm blade profile thickness, depending on the desired acoustic performance and aesthetics.

Designed by Seda Camgoz from Large Arts, Cove is a striking ceiling tile design based on simple geometry that encourages the eye to look towards the sky. Cove is available in 1200 and 600 tile and 12mm blade profile thickness.

Inspired by the carved facade of precious gems, Diamond is an elegant ceiling tile design with shallow spherical cuts from each corner to produce a subtle diamond shape in the centre of the tile. Diamond is available in 1200 and 600 tile and 12mm blade profile thickness.

Influenced by the ‘form follows function’ principle pioneered by creative professionals such as architect Louis Sullivan and industrial designer Dieter Rams, Icon is informed by the shape of the Skyline Diffuser, an iconic and effective acoustic engineering mechanism. Icon is available in a 1200 tile and 12mm blade profile thickness.

Featuring intersections of perpendicular profiles to form a visual topography of cubic structures, Network is available in two depth options, large for high acoustic Sabine performance within an unobtrusive tile design, and small for mid-range Sabine performance within a cost-effective assembly. Network is available in 1200 and 600 tile sizes and 12mm and 24mm blade profile thicknesses.

Inspired by the sculptural forms synonymous with architect Santiago Calatrava, Peak is a dramatic ceiling tile design that features triangular blades with peaks transitioning from each end of the tile to create visual movement through shape and shadow. Peak is available in 1200 and 600 tile and 12mm blade profile thickness.

Quadrant is inspired by repetitive, organic patterns and features curves cut at varying lengths to create gentle movement. Quadrant is available in 1200 and 600 tile and 12mm blade profile thickness.

Informed by the drifting patterns of desert sand, Ridge features a smooth curve that moves outward to opposing corners of the tile. Ridge is available in 1200 and 600 tile and 12mm blade profile thickness.

Steps is an elegant ceiling tile composed of simple rectangular forms modified in depth at equally spaced intervals ranging from shallow to relatively deep. Steps is available in 1200 and 600 tile sizes and 12mm and 24mm blade profile thicknesses.

Designed by Seda Camgoz from Large Arts, Ecoustic® Taper is an elegant ceiling tile featuring reverse profiles that come together to form a strong leading point. Taper is available in 1200 and 600 tile sizes and 12mm and 24mm blade profile thicknesses.

Tide is an elegant ceiling tile design that takes its inspiration from soft ripples of water dispersing outwards. Tide is available in 1200 and 600 tile and 12mm blade profile thickness.

Designed by Seda Camgoz from Large Arts, Zig is a sculptural ceiling tile that features geometric elements to create strong visual lines. Zig is available in 1200 and 600 tile and 12mm blade profile thickness.

Architects and interior designers can also create their own custom designs for an interior scheme with the Ecoustic Sculpt™ system. Please refer to our Ecoustic Sculpt™ Custom Design Guide below.
