Which products are made in Aus? Over 80% of our textiles + acoustic products are designed and made locally (Aus + NZ)
How can I order a sample? Trade clients can use our website sample cart option or get in touch with your account manager
How can I place an order? Please email your order to us: esales@instyle.com.au With these details: + Your business name + ABN + Product + colour name + Project name + Quantity required + Order number + Delivery address + instructions
Can I visit your showroom? Yes! We love seeing trade clients in our Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane + Perth showrooms Our hours are 9am-5pm Mon-Fri Please ring your local showroom prior to visiting to ensure we can accomodate you on the day
Can I access pricing? Pricing is available to trade clients only, please contact our sales + customer service teams for details
I'm not a trade client, how can i access pricing? We ask all non-trade clients to contact your manufacturer, furniture retailer or installer (who will order the product for you) for pricing info
Is my product in stock? Most textiles, acoustic products + some leathers are kept in stock. Check with our customer service team for current stock levels
How long will the order transit take? If your product is in stock, general transit times to select destinations are: Metro East Coast: 2-4 days Non Metro: 3-8 days Other States: 3-10 days If your product is out of stock: A lead time will be provided by our customer service team
How do I choose the right fabric? Consider all leather types, durability, budget, fire ratings + aesthetics. See our guide or speak with your sales manager
How do I specify Ecoustic product? Please refer to the How to Specify tab for relevant products on our website
Can I create a custom textile or acoustic print? Yes. Our design studios can work on custom designs + colours with you for a minimum quantity. Textiles: Usually 200m+ Ecoustic: Usually 15 panels+ (using existing ink + base colours)
Do you provide a warranty? Yes we do! Textiles, vinyls + leathers: We provide project specific warranties after you’ve supplied us with all relevant information Wallcoverings + Ecoustic: Standard warranties are included on the relevant product spec info
